The Ho Chi Minh City Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term has 110 members, including 25 women. The Party Committee is headed by Secretary Tran Luu Quang.

On the morning of October 14, at the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, the Politburo issued decisions appointing the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Executive Committee consisting of 110 members.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong - Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee - on behalf of the Central Organizing Committee announced the decisions.

Accordingly, the Politburo decided to appoint the Ho Chi Minh City Party Executive Committee consisting of 109 members.

At the same time, the Politburo also decided to transfer, assign and appoint Mr. Le Quoc Phong - Member of the Party Central Committee, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dong Thap province - to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term and hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

Thus, the Ho Chi Minh City Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term will have 110 members. Of which, Secretary of the City Party Committee Tran Luu Quang continues to be trusted by the Politburo to take on the important responsibility of leading the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

In the structure of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Executive Committee this term, there are 25 women, reaching a rate of nearly 23%.
