Chairman of Da Lat City People's Committee Dang Quang Tu has just signed a Decision to recognize 7 production, business and trade units in the area that have met the standards of "High-quality shopping destinations" for 10 consecutive years (2013 - 2023).

In Ward 1, there are 2 drug and specialty stores Ladophar (No. 34, Hoa Binh Area) and L'angfarm specialty store (No. 6, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai).

Ward 5 has 1 tourist attraction: Vinh Tien Artichoke Tea and Wine Factory (No. 81D, Hoang Van Thu).

Ward 6 has 1 Ladophar pharmacy and specialty store (No. 18, Ngo Quyen).

There are 3 remaining high-quality shopping spots in Ward 8 including: Rung Hoa Biological Joint Stock Company (No. 7, Mai Anh Dao), Mai Quynh specialty store (No. 258, Phu Dong Thien Vuong), Duc Tin specialty store (No. 262, Mai Anh Dao).
