The imprint of the Thu Dau Mot region

(BDO) This is the theme of the traditional cultural space – a historical exhibition currently taking place at the Thu Dau Mot City Traditional House. Organized by the Center for Culture, Information and Sports to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the complete liberation of Southern Vietnam and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), the event officially opened on the evening of April 25th to serve visitors and provide information.

The exhibition space introduces to locals and tourists documents, materials, and images that provide an overview of the historical and cultural development of Vietnam through various periods; and the history of the people and land of Thu Dau Mot.

This exhibition space also showcases products from traditional craft villages with historical and cultural value, such as ceramics, lacquerware, wood carving, clogs, and traditional cakes…

Youth union members and students in the area visited the exhibition space.

This activity aims to introduce to all segments of the population the historical milestones of the country in general and Thu Dau Mot City in particular from the past to the present; to honor the cultural and historical values ​​of traditional craft villages, and at the same time widely promote the image of Thu Dau Mot City as a dynamic city that is constantly innovating but still preserving the distinctive traditional characteristics of its people and land.
