Invest 50 billion VND to upgrade Tan Hung District Medical Center

Tan Hung District Medical Center is under construction.

Accordingly, the project to upgrade and expand the Tan Hung District Medical Center will start construction at the end of September 2024, on 3/2 Street, Tan Hung Town. This is a civil project, group B project, level III project, scale 1 ground floor, 2 floors.

The project is invested by the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board; constructed by a joint venture of Thien Loc Construction Investment and Trade Company Limited - An Dai Loc Construction Joint Stock Company. The total investment of the project is 50 billion VND, from the provincial budget.

According to Director of Tan Hung District Medical Center - Nguyen Van Del, the project upgrades and expands a number of specialized departments, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Traditional Medicine; and builds 125 more hospital beds. The completed project will meet the health care needs of local people and neighboring areas, reducing the burden on upper-level hospitals.

The construction unit has completed more than 50% of the project. It is expected that the project will be completed and put into use by the end of 2025./.
