Regarding the handling of difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of projects, Gia Nghia City Party Committee Secretary Bui Huy Thanh said that the most urgent issue at present is the disbursement of capital for projects. Therefore, the consolidation and arrangement of the project management board (PMU) model in the districts should be prioritized. So that during the process of rearranging and reorganizing the apparatus, public investment will not be interrupted.

Chairman of Dak R'lap District People's Committee Nguyen Quang Tu proposed to establish regional project management boards early to avoid public investment congestion when reorganizing administrative units.
