Party cell leads and directs cooperative activities

The Party Cell of Hoa Phong Agricultural Service Cooperative (Tay Hoa District) has 11 Party members. Of which, the Party Cell Secretary is the Director of the Cooperative, the Deputy Secretary is the Deputy Director in charge of business, and the Party Committee Member is the Head of the Cooperative's Control Board. Mr. Nguyen Van Dong, Party Cell Secretary and Director of this Cooperative, said: The Cooperative Party Cell directly leads through monthly resolutions of the Party Cell on specific activities of the Cooperative; propagates and educates cadres and Party members to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws. At the same time, the Party Cell leads the implementation of production and business tasks, agricultural production and other services in the Cooperative according to the internal rules, regulations, and resolutions of the members' congress.

Last year, the Party Cell of Hoa Phong Cooperative implemented the Resolution of the 14th Commune Party Congress and the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress. Party members of the cell fully participated in the study sessions, disseminated and thoroughly grasped the contents of the resolutions, directives, plans, and conclusions of Party committees at all levels from the commune to the central level; participated in writing articles in response to the first contest to Protect the Party's ideological foundation, fight against wrong and hostile views in 2024 organized by the Tay Hoa District Party Committee.

In regular and thematic activities, the Party cell regularly propagates the content of the work "Resolutely and persistently fighting against corruption and negativity, contributing to building our Party and State increasingly clean and strong" by former General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong; along with that is information on the results of the fight against corruption and negativity in the country and the province. Party members of Hoa Phong Cooperative Party Cell always maintain their stance, put the spirit of internal solidarity above all, strengthen Party building and rectification, prevent and repel degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party, associated with implementing Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics and lifestyle.

According to the Provincial Cooperative Union, at cooperatives, Party cell activities are fully implemented monthly and quarterly with specific topics, thereby providing solutions and directions for current difficult problems of cooperatives such as developing members, mobilizing contributed capital, converting activities...

According to Mr. Pham Duc Hau, Party Cell Secretary and Director of Hoa Thanh General Agricultural Service Cooperative (Dong Hoa Town), 2025 is the last year for the Cooperative Party Cell to implement the targets and plans set out at the 7th Cooperative Party Cell Congress for the 2022-2025 term. During this period, the Cooperative focuses on converting its operations according to the 2023 Cooperative Law. This includes changing internal credit services to internal loans, defining the composition of the Cooperative members... In production and business, the Cooperative continues to strengthen the Hoa Thanh High-Quality Rice brand by investing in factories and machinery for processing. At the same time, the Cooperative promotes product consumption by expanding sales channels.

“The cooperative always thoroughly implements Resolution 20-NQ/TW of the 13th Party Central Committee on continuing to innovate, develop and improve the efficiency of the collective economy; Resolution 19-NQ/TW of the 5th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee on agriculture, farmers, and rural areas... taking this as the orientation to turn the cooperative into a new type of cooperative...”, Mr. Hau shared more.

Closely follow the direction of the superior party committee

Implementing the direction of the Party Committee of Hoa Quang Nam commune on building new rural areas and advanced new rural areas, the Party Cell of Hoa Quang Nam Agricultural Service Cooperative (Phu Hoa district) strives to improve the quality of its operations, contributing to the completion of criterion 13 on building advanced new rural areas and other criteria. Mr. Phan Van Thuan, Party Cell Secretary and Director of this Cooperative, said: The Cooperative proactively plans production areas, self-invests in packaging design, and makes OCOP standard certifications... By November 2023, Hoa Quang Nam quality rice products will achieve 3-star OCOP, completing an important criterion in building advanced new rural areas.

In production, Hoa Quang Nam Agricultural Service Cooperative encourages members to apply scientific and technical advances to the fields, actively take care of irrigation work to ensure timely irrigation and promote mechanization in production to free up labor for people. In business, in addition to traditional services such as rice seeds, transportation of agricultural products, agricultural materials, gasoline trading, etc., the Cooperative actively opens new services such as renting space for organizing parties, building rural roads, etc. Thereby contributing to improving the lives of members and workers in the Cooperative, promoting economic stability in rural areas. For many years, the Cooperative has been an effective unit meeting criterion 13 in building advanced new rural areas.
