Implementing the program to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households and the project to support people with revolutionary contributions and martyrs' relatives in housing in the province, in the past time, departments, branches, People's Committees of districts and cities in the province have focused on and actively implemented related procedures and tasks, worked with each household and residential area to speed up the progress of support, start construction and house renovation according to plan.

Up to now, the results of implementation in the province have been 165 households have completed the program to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households and 242 households have completed the project to support people with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs to have housing in the province.

To continue effectively implementing the program to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households and the project to support people with meritorious services to the revolution and relatives of martyrs in housing in the province, in Document No. 4628, dated June 9, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Hieu requested the People's Committees of districts and cities to urgently direct, urge and inspect the implementation of the program to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households and to support housing for people with meritorious services in the area.

Implement the management, allocation, payment and settlement of support funds according to regulations; during the implementation process, combine the mobilization of social resources and other legal capital sources to speed up the implementation progress, ensuring the completion of both housing support programs for families of meritorious people and relatives of martyrs, poor households and near-poor households before June 25, 2025 in accordance with the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee in the Conclusion Notice No. 358 dated May 28.

Assign the departments of Construction, Agriculture and Environment, and Finance, according to their functions and tasks, to continue to urge and guide the People's Committees of districts and cities to carry out related procedures and solutions to speed up the implementation of the program to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households and support housing for people with meritorious services; promptly advise and propose to the Provincial People's Committee to resolve difficulties and problems (if any).

Assign the Department of Construction and the Department of Agriculture and Environment to review legal regulations, guide localities to prepare reports on recognition of project and program implementation results in localities, ensure the payment and settlement of projects and programs to complete project and program implementation in accordance with legal regulations and required progress.
