To help goods reach a wider market.

To keep up with the digital age, especially with artificial intelligence (AI), the "5 No's in Commerce" model, and cross-border e-commerce to bring goods further afield, businesses need to pay attention to many issues.

* Huynh Van Kieu, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association and Director of An Land Group Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company:

Currently, Dak Lak province ranks 40th out of 63 provinces and cities in the Digital Transformation Index, and 39th out of 50 provinces and cities nationwide in terms of technology adoption. These figures indicate that the province's digital transformation is still slow. For a long time, businesses have relied on third-party support for digital transformation and logistics. Therefore, to enable goods to reach a wider market, digital transformation needs to be accelerated. Businesses should also boldly collaborate with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and KOCs (Key Opinion Leaders) to promote their products.

* Head of the Vietnam KOLs and KOCs Club, Tran Thi Dan Thanh:

In today's digital age, influencers, KOLs (individuals or organizations with extensive expertise in a particular field and who are trusted by many), and KOCs (influential consumers in the market) play an extremely important role in driving brand revenue on digital platforms. KOLs and KOCs are increasingly important in influencing consumer purchasing decisions and boosting e-commerce in Vietnam. They have become crucial elements in the marketing strategies of brands, not only helping to increase revenue but also building trust and long-term engagement with consumers. Therefore, businesses need to leverage the advantages of KOLs and KOCs to boost sales. The Vietnam KOLs and KOCs Club will also partner with businesses and organize activities to support businesses and startups in this field.

* MVOT Group's Chief Operating Officer, Truong Thanh Dat:

Multi-channel selling is a growing trend for businesses. Therefore, MVOT has provided many businesses with integrated solutions for sales distribution, e-commerce, and communication for both domestic and international brands, particularly focusing on online sales distribution. In the near future, MVOT will organize training programs, from basic to advanced levels, on multi-channel sales distribution for Vietnamese businesses, including those in Dak Lak province. Simultaneously, the company will provide one-on-one support to businesses to optimize sales efficiency.
