Pursuant to Plan No. 414/KH-UBND, dated January 24, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on organizing the Hung Kings' death anniversary and the Cultural - Tourism Week of the Ancestral Land in the year of At Ty 2025, the Organizing Committee of the Hung Kings' death anniversary and the Cultural - Tourism Week of the Ancestral Land in 2025 has issued Internal regulations regulating the maintenance of security, order, safety, and implementation of civilized lifestyle at the Hung Temple historical relic area during the Hung Kings' death anniversary from March 29, 2025 to April 12, 2025 (ie from the 1st to the end of March 15, At Ty year).

Specifically, compatriots and tourists attending the Hung Kings' Commemoration Anniversary and the Cultural - Tourism Week of the Ancestral Land in the year of At Ty 2025 must strictly comply with regulations on security, order, safety of people, property, fire prevention at relics and the Hung Temple National Forest.

People should preserve traditional customs, wear formal, polite and discreet clothing; practice religious rituals according to traditional rituals and instructions of the Relic Site, not promote superstitious practices. The ceremony time should not exceed 20 minutes at each temple or pagoda; maintain public hygiene, and dispose of trash in designated areas.

We recommend that people with good intentions donate to the construction and renovation of Hung Temple, fill in donation slips, scan QR codes at donation counters, drop money in donation safes or place them on plates on altars at temples and pagodas in the relic. Do not attach, lead, or put names on statues and worship objects; do not drop money into Ngoc Well, Co Well (Dragon Well) and scenic lakes in the relic area; do not pick flowers, break branches, burn incense to read the way; do not bring toxic chemicals, explosives, flammable substances, do not light fires, or throw cigarette butts into forest areas in the relic.

Vehicles entering the relic site must park in the designated area under the guidance of the staff on duty (with tags); parking service prices are posted at the parking lots. We urge our people to be vigilant, pay attention to prevention and detect criminals who take advantage of crowds to commit robberies, pickpockets, etc.

Organizations and individuals participating in service and tourism activities must comply with the State's business regulations and fully implement the regulations of the Organizing Committee. The following acts are strictly prohibited: begging, alms-giving, exchanging small change, trading or circulating books, newspapers, pictures, objects with reactionary content, inciting violence, superstition, dangerous objects, toys, films, pictures, publications that are not allowed to be circulated; street vendors, soliciting, brokering customers to buy goods; printing copies of photos without the consent of customers; stopping or parking electric vehicles in the wrong place.

On the afternoon of April 6, a delegation of leaders, delegates, and folk artists from Viet Tri city and Yen Lap district (two localities with teams winning first prize in the 2024 "Wrapping, cooking banh chung and pounding banh giay" contest) organized the offering of 18 pairs of banh chung and banh giay to the Hung Kings.

According to tradition, on the occasion of the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day - Hung Temple Festival every year, the teams that won first prize in the contest of wrapping, cooking banh chung and pounding banh giay the previous year will be able to offer banh chung and banh giay to the King the following year.
