On the morning of May 28, nearly 20,000 candidates in Binh Duong province entered the first day of the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year. The Department of Education and Training organized 47 examination councils located at high schools and secondary schools in the province with about 900 examination rooms.

Candidates take the exam in 3 subjects including Literature, English and Math. The Literature and Math tests last 120 minutes. The English test lasts 60 minutes.

Candidates taking the entrance exam to Hung Vuong High School for the Gifted, in addition to taking the three compulsory subjects as above, also take the specialized subject exam.

Admission scores are compulsory subjects Math, Literature and English with coefficient 1 (no multiplication factor).
