Proposal to develop night-time economy in Tanh Linh

The Economic and Infrastructure Department of Tanh Linh district has just coordinated with the People's Committee of Lac Tanh town to review and propose the selection of areas and routes to develop a plan to develop the local night-time economy.

Based on the actual situation as well as through review, the Department of Economy and Infrastructure and the People's Committee of Lac Tanh town agreed to propose the location to develop a plan to develop the night-time economy as Truong Sa street (in Lac Hoa 2 quarter, Lac Tanh town)... Aiming to ensure feasibility, efficiency, and fully meet the conditions for developing the night-time economy in accordance with the actual situation of the locality, the district's functional department also proposed the implementation time after having the results of the preliminary review, evaluation, and drawing experience from the practical implementation of the pilot model of the night-time economy in Phan Thiet city in the period of 2023 - 2025.

Specifically, according to the report on the implementation of the Night-time Economic Development Project recently sent to the People's Committee of Tanh Linh district, the Department of Economy and Infrastructure proposed the registration period for implementation from 2026 - 2030... It is known that in recent times, the trade and service sector in the district, especially in Lac Tanh town, has continued to be maintained stably. This is also a locality with potential and advantages for developing eco- tourism , returning to the source, exploring waterfalls - lakes and attracting a large number of tourists during holidays. In the first quarter of 2024 alone, the whole district welcomed nearly 20,750 visitors for sightseeing and entertainment.
