Music night "Find each other and give love"

Musician To Hieu - director and producer of art programs, said: "Based on the story of many elderly artists passing away one after another in the grief of the audience, the loss to the country's art scene, most recently the passing of musicians Quoc Dung and Y Vu, I want to organize tribute music nights, while preserving the beautiful images of musicians who contributed to the country's art."

Musician Bao Thu added: "The program aims to raise funds to support musicians who are facing difficulties, so we are ready to support. I also called on some philanthropists to support. They promised to come and watch and financially support the musicians. We are ready to work with To Hieu to produce this meaningful music program."

Five musicians Giao Tien, Dai Phuong Trang, Nguyen Vu, Bao Thu, and Manh Quynh will participate in the music night "Finding Each Other and Giving Love" on December 2 at the Trong Dong Stage (HCMC).

Musician Dai Phuong Trang shared: "This is an opportunity for old musicians to gather in one program. We used to participate in game shows and be judges for programs, but usually separately, never appearing together. The public who loves old music has not had the opportunity to interact and learn about old songs."

"We hope that through the program, the audience will understand more about the hidden corners and stories behind our works that have been loved by audiences for decades," added musician Dai Phuong Trang.

Artists participating in the music night include: Che Thanh, Phuong Anh, Luu Chi Vy, Kim Thoa, Le Hong, Duc Xuan, Duy Phuong, Thuy Tien. MCs: Hoai Duy - Ngoc Hoa. The music night is expected to have 20 songs performed such as: "Sad hymn", "Last song for lover" (Nguyen Vu); "Take me to paradise", "Sorrow from afar" (Manh Quynh); "The house of the past", "Two Christmas seasons", "Afternoon by sim hill", "Ten o'clock flowers", "Lonely lover", "Poor love with each other", "Christmas love story" (Dai Phuong Trang); "Let me have one time", "Voice of the past" (Bao Thu); "Missing lover", "Engagement", "Missing lover again", "Horse hooves on the grassy hill", "Asking wife in the suburbs", "Prince in dream" (Giao Tien).

In particular, musician Dai Phuong Trang will sing "Christmas Love Story" which he composed. Musician Manh Quynh will sing the song "Sadness from afar".

Musician Nguyen Phuoc Hoa - the composer and program editor, said he asked the musicians to send the original music notation to guide the singers participating in the program to sing the lyrics exactly as written by the composer, because currently many songs by musicians have had their lyrics changed a lot, changing the structure of the work.
