Previously, at around 4:00 p.m. the same day, while traveling on National Highway 49C on a motorbike with license plate 74D1 - 407.xx through Phuong Ngan village, Trieu Long commune, Mr. PAT (born in 1990), residing in Trieu Dai commune (Trieu Phong district) was unfortunately struck by lightning.

Immediately afterwards, people took Mr. T. to Trieu Hai Regional General Hospital for emergency treatment and then transferred him to Quang Tri Provincial General Hospital.

According to some locals, Mr. PAT works as a shipper. After being struck by lightning, Mr. T. became unconscious and his hair, neck and back were burned. At that time, there was rain and thunder in the area.

Information from the Provincial General Hospital said that the unit is currently providing emergency care to patient T. who was previously struck by lightning.

When transferred to the provincial general hospital, Mr. T. was in a deep coma and had a brain hemorrhage.
