Seeking public opinion to propose posthumously awarding the 'Glorious Youth Volunteer Medal'

Pursuant to the Law on Emulation and Commendation dated June 15, 2022; Decree No. 28/2024/ND-CP dated March 6 , 2024 of the Government detailing the order and procedures for considering and posthumously awarding the "Glorious Youth Volunteer Medal" and the commendation of achievements in the resistance war.

To ensure strictness and transparency in the process of evaluating records and considering the proposal to posthumously award the "Glorious Youth Volunteer Medal" to individuals, the Department of Home Affairs is soliciting public opinions on the proposal to posthumously award the " Glorious Youth Volunteer Medal" to Mr. Le Van Duc (Le Trung Kien ), born in 1949; hometown : Tuong Da commune, Chau Thanh district, Ben Tre province; martyr, died on May 28, 1970.

Time for collecting opinions is 10 working days, from May 9 , 2025 to May 23, 2025.
