The restaurant does not accept parking for guests.
On the afternoon of October 31, Dan Tri reporters were present at ZZ lemon tea shop on Vu Pham Ham street (Cau Giay district, Hanoi ). After the incident of a female customer losing her SH motorbike on October 20, the shop hung a sign "customers please take care of your property and personal belongings", advising customers to lock their motorbikes or use anti-theft devices (if available).
An employee said the parking spot is on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant. The restaurant has never offered parking for customers, only providing directions on where to park and asking customers to take care of their own belongings.
"Through camera footage on October 20, the two customers parked their car in front of a store two houses away from the restaurant and then went straight into the restaurant to order drinks," this person said.

Ten days after the incident, PT (22 years old) said he had not received any information about the "fate" of his property.
"The car is a huge asset of the family that my parents worked hard to save up to buy. After hearing the news, my parents were very sad, I feel very guilty," T. said.
The girl said she would temporarily borrow a friend’s motorbike or use a technology-based motorbike taxi to get to work. She hopes the shop owner will be responsible for supporting an appropriate amount of money to buy a new motorbike.
Police involved
The leader of Yen Hoa Ward Police (Cau Giay District) said that the unit had received PT's complaint and transferred the file to Cau Giay District Police.
Previously, on the evening of October 20, PT and his friends drank water at ZZ lemon tea shop, and said "the shop staff showed them where to park their car".
"This person said he would watch the car so I felt secure and followed the instructions and went in to have a drink," T. said.
An hour later, when leaving, the female customer discovered that her SH 125 motorbike (worth nearly 100 million VND at the time of purchase) had disappeared. Checking the shop’s security camera, she saw two strangers taking the motorbike away.
The owner of the restaurant, V., was not in Hanoi when the incident happened, so he made an appointment to talk to T. on October 23.
"After waiting for 3 days, I met the owner and was told: 'Your shop sells drinks, not registered parking services. Customers have to take care of their own vehicles,'" T. said, adding that the employee denied saying "the shop keeps vehicles for customers."

Finally, wanting to settle things amicably, the owner asked T. to give a specific compensation figure and asked for time to discuss. She offered to be compensated 50% of the current value of the car, about 35 million VND.
However, the owner said "will only support 2 million VND emotionally".
"I cannot agree with this number. If the restaurant wants to use 2 million VND in exchange for silence, it will definitely never work," said T.
She said the restaurant owner "disclaimed" responsibility, saying the money was "support, not compensation, and if it became a big deal, the restaurant wouldn't pay a single penny."
