This is an event of profound political , historical and cultural significance, taking place on the occasion of the whole country celebrating the 95th anniversary of the Nghe Tinh Soviet movement (1930-2025) and towards the 995th anniversary of the Nghe An name (1030-2025).

The recognition of the historical relics of places associated with the Nghe Tinh Soviet movement as special national relics not only affirms the stature and great historical and cultural value of the 1930-1931 revolutionary movement, but also shows gratitude for the indomitable fighting spirit, patriotism and indomitable will of generations of fathers and grandfathers on the land of Nghe Tinh.
This is also an important legal basis for Nghe An province and relevant agencies to carry out the work of preserving, restoring, embellishing and promoting the value of relics, associated with educating patriotic traditions and fostering revolutionary ideals for today's and tomorrow's young generations.
The Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to coordinate with the People's Committee of Nghe An province and relevant localities to carry out state management of relics in accordance with legal regulations; at the same time, organize the announcement, attach stele, develop plans to preserve and promote values associated with tourism development and local socio-economic development.
