    Not only providing capital for socio -economic development, the branch also actively introduces comprehensive financial solutions, including loan insurance (also known as Credit Security), a non-life insurance product - an effective "support" to help pay debts on behalf of customers when risks occur.

    Participation in insurance is entirely up to the customer to consider and decide to participate. Although not mandatory, loan insurance plays a very important role. Because when customers participate in loan insurance, if they are unfortunately exposed to human risks such as: death, injury, permanent disability due to accidents or death due to illness... depending on each specific case, Agribank Dak Lak Branch will coordinate with the affiliated insurance unit to pay for hospitalization costs or pay off the customer's loan debt at Agribank. This helps customers and their families reduce the financial burden due to unexpected risks. From there, customers can rest assured because they always have the necessary financial resources, minimizing risks in life, especially risks related to life, health and the ability to repay loans.

    For example, Mr. Doan Van Tr. (Ha Bac village, Ea Wer commune, Buon Don district) when borrowing capital from Agribank bought insurance for a loan worth 300 million VND, the insurance amount was 2.1 million VND. In early 2025, due to a serious illness, Mr. Tr. passed away, Agribank Dak Lak Province Branch coordinated with the insurance unit to settle compensation of more than 218 million VND, Mr. Tr.'s wife was the beneficiary.

    In 2024, Agribank Dak Lak Branch coordinated with insurance companies to settle benefits for 77 loan customers, with a total payment of nearly 4.2 billion VND. In the first 4 months of 2025 alone, 18 customers were paid by insurance, with a total amount of 980 million VND. These figures not only demonstrate the practical effectiveness of insurance products but also demonstrate the spirit of companionship and responsibility of Agribank Dak Lak Branch towards customers, especially in the most difficult times of life.

    According to the representative of Agribank Dak Lak Branch, the unit always strictly adheres to not attaching insurance participation to credit approval conditions. This is a consistent principle throughout the system, demonstrating respect and commitment to protecting the legitimate rights of borrowers. Agribank Dak Lak Branch not only provides loans but also accompanies customers for a long time.

    With a wide service network throughout Dak Lak province, Agribank constantly improves the quality of consulting, ensures information transparency, and supports customers from the time of signing the contract until the need to exercise insurance benefits.
