After a week of opening to welcome visitors, the 2025 Autumn Fair - a national-scale trade and cultural promotion event, taking place at the National Exhibition Fair Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi) is still bustling with visitors coming to visit, shop, experience culture, cuisine ...

The cinema section stands out as the "emotional heart" of the 2025 Autumn Fair. There, the public not only watches movies for free, but also learns and explores the cinema space, and feels the creative spirit of a key industry in the development of Vietnam's cultural industry.

Free cinema attracts customers

Located in the Cultural Industrial Zone - Essence of Vietnamese Culture, the cinema area is always the center of attraction for many tourists.

With an open, interactive design, simulating a miniature film studio, visitors to the cinema area feel like they are entering the world of the seventh art.

The space includes 6 booths and a central ticket counter, introducing a vivid panorama of Vietnamese cinema, from production, distribution, creative services to souvenir products.

Each area is a slice of the modern cinema ecosystem: a place to introduce film equipment, a place to show trailers, a place to sell props, posters, t-shirts, keychains, etc., creating a seamless, engaging chain of experiences.

The most prominent highlight is the free cinema - where hundreds of audiences eagerly line up every day to watch famous films of Vietnamese cinema in recent times: "Red Rain" and "Fight to the Death in the Sky."

In which, the movie "Red Rain" is inspired by tragic historical events, the movie " Red Rain" deeply depicts the will, resilience and sacrifice of soldiers through emotional, realistic and humane footage.

The highlight of "Red Rain" is the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers, deeply and vividly portrayed with noble qualities - a shining symbol of revolutionary heroism in the Ho Chi Minh era.

These are the eternal values, the source of strength for our Army to continue to promote in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland in the new situation.

The film "Death Battle in the Sky" vividly depicts the fierce battle of wits and strength in the sky, honoring the courage and indomitable spirit of the soldiers of the Vietnamese aviation security force.

Patiently lining up to receive free movie tickets at the counter, Ms. Dang Hong Nhung, from Ngoc Ha ward (Hanoi) shared that although the queue to get movie tickets was a bit long, she was very happy because she received tickets to see the movie "Red Rain" at the Autumn Fair space this time.

"I've heard a lot of praise for the movie 'Red Rain' on the news, but I haven't had a chance to see it yet. Today, while visiting the fair, I took the opportunity to line up to get tickets to the cinema, to learn about Vietnamese cinema and relax during breaks," Hong Nhung happily shared.

Not only feature films, the cinema section also dedicates a brilliant corner of space to the Vietnam Animation Studio.

Here, more than 40 latest animated films are selected and shown continuously, bringing the colorful world of childhood. From "The Flying Snail," "The Golden Calf Knight" to " The Dream of Motherhood," "The Spoiled Chicken Feather," each short story conveys a humane message: kindness, dreams, friendship, and aspirations.

Harmonious combination of technology - art - emotion

The booth of the National Cinema Center also made a special impression with highlights, demonstrating the strong transformation of the unit in the era of digital technology and modern cultural industry.

It is an automatic ticket vending machine system that allows audiences to buy tickets directly at the machine, then go straight to the screening room without having to print paper tickets.

This smart solution not only saves time, but also contributes to greening the operating process, moving towards a modern, convenient, and environmentally friendly cinema model.

In addition, the Center promotes a program that combines screening documentaries and entertainment films - a meaningful model that is both educational and brings rich experiences to the audience.

When coming to the Center, viewers will be able to watch a short documentary film of about 20 minutes for free, recreating authentic slices of Vietnamese life, history and culture. This will be followed by an attractive commercial entertainment film.

This combination helps the audience experience a multi-layered, engaging emotional journey...

A representative of the National Cinema Center said that through the 2025 Autumn Fair, the unit hopes that the audience will see the image of the National Cinema Center as a pioneering cinema in digital transformation, keeping up with the 4.0 technology trend, aiming to build a modern, dynamic and integrated film industry.

Not only stopping at attractive screenings, the Cinema section at the 2025 Fall Fair also opens up a comprehensive experience space, where cinema is not only watched but also touched, felt and lived with emotions.

Colorful booths introducing and selling cinema products and items attracted many visitors.

From models, posters, movie props, to souvenirs inspired by famous Vietnamese movies, all carry the breath of creativity and pride in the country's cinema, these are "cinematic memories" that audiences can take with them when leaving the fair.

The cinema food court also creates an interesting highlight, with popcorn, drink, snack counters... completely recreating the cinema atmosphere, bringing a familiar feeling to the audience.

In the waiting area, audiences can rest, chat, and share their feelings about interesting experiences.

Along with free film screenings, the exchange program with the film crews of "Red Rain," "Fight to the Death," and "Smell of Pho" is also an attractive activity for tourists within the framework of the 2025 Autumn Fair.

This exchange not only helps the public better understand the film creation process, but also strengthens the bond between artists and audiences, between cinema and life. It is also the way Vietnamese cinema affirms its position: The seventh art of storytelling and touching people's hearts.

It can be seen that, among hundreds of commercial, tourism, handicraft and fashion booths, the cinema area stands out as a declaration of the role of cultural industry in national development.

Cinema is not just entertainment - but the "soft power" of Vietnamese culture, where the soul, history, identity and national aspirations are portrayed.

The 2025 Fall Fair has proven that trade promotion is not only economic, but also cultural diffusion.

In that picture, the cinema sector becomes a unique highlight, harmoniously combining technology - art - human emotions, contributing to affirming the role of the cultural industry in the national development strategy, where each film, each creative product becomes a bridge connecting Vietnam with the world./.
