Overseas intellectuals believe in the Party's vision and strategic determination.

Many overseas intellectual experts in the Russian Federation expressed their confidence in the guidelines and vision of the Party and State leaders in all fields, clearly expressed in the 14th National Congress Documents.

Towards the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam , the draft Congress documents have reached a large number of people nationwide as well as overseas Vietnamese on five continents, including the Vietnamese community in the Russian Federation.

VNA correspondent in the Russian Federation had an interview with Master Pham Thanh Xuan, member of the Presidium of the Union of Vietnamese Organizations in the Russian Federation and Doctor of Economics Nguyen Quoc Hung, Vice President of the Union of Vietnamese Organizations in the Russian Federation about the thoughts and aspirations of overseas intellectuals regarding the important political event of the whole nation.

According to Dr. Nguyen Quoc Hung, Vice President of the Union of Vietnamese Organizations in the Russian Federation, the 14th Congress Documents fully reflect, are elaborately constructed, have a tight and logical structure, and demonstrate the viewpoints, guidelines, and visions of the Party and State leaders in all fields./.
