Hau Thanh Commune Police force supports local people to install VNeID level 2 electronic identification.

Major Nam is a typical example of determination and creativity, making an important contribution to Hau Thanh commune exceeding important digital transformation targets. In his role as Head of Hau Thanh Commune Police, Major Nam has demonstrated a high sense of responsibility, creativity and strong determination in implementing Plan 27 on February 7, 2024 of Cai Be District People's Committee on implementing Project 06.

As soon as Plan 27 was issued, Major Nam proactively advised the Party Committee of Hau Thanh commune to issue an Official Dispatch to strengthen leadership and direction in the collection, installation and activation of level 2 electronic identification. At the same time, he advised the Chairman of Hau Thanh commune People's Committee to establish a Working Group to guide the installation of level 2 electronic identification with the participation of 14 comrades, with the Chairman of the commune People's Committee as the Head of the Group, demonstrating the participation of the entire political system.

The highlight of Hau Thanh Commune Police is to promote diverse and effective propaganda work. Not only coordinating with the Commune Radio Station to increase broadcasting time, but also through people's meetings, hamlet meetings, and one-stop shops, the Commune Police also make the most of digital platforms by posting easy-to-understand propaganda articles on the Commune Police's Zalo and Facebook pages. In particular, the use of mobile loudspeakers to propagate to every alley and hamlet has helped information about the benefits of level 2 electronic identification reach the people.

In addition, identifying "cleaning population data" and "receiving applications for Citizen Identification Cards and electronic identification accounts" as key tasks, Major Nam led Hau Thanh Commune Police to closely follow the direction of Cai Be District Police, mobilize maximum forces, regularly inspect, rectify, and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles.

Notably, Hau Thanh Commune Police have strengthened close coordination with hamlets, commune organizations and unions such as: Youth Union, Women's Union, Veterans Association, Farmers' Association, and schools. Each sector and union is assigned specific targets to guide members and residents to install level 2 electronic identification.

The Commune Police and the officers assigned to the area are always on standby, working with the enthusiastic motto: "Only discuss progress, not retreat - if the day is not enough, work at night". This spirit of high determination has spread strongly.

Thanks to the close direction, methodical and scientific approach and the tireless efforts of the entire team under the leadership and direction of Major Nam, Hau Thanh Commune Police have achieved impressive results. As of the reporting time (the end of 2024 as planned), Project Team 06 of Hau Thanh Commune has received 11,685/13,554 records, reaching a rate of 86.21%, exceeding the set target by 6.21%.

The rate of activation of electronic identification accounts reached 97.69%. Notably, 100% of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and members in Hau Thanh commune have completed registration for VNeID level 2 electronic identification accounts.

The results achieved not only exceeded the targets assigned by superiors but also created positive changes in people's awareness, contributing to gradually bringing public services closer to the people.

From the practical implementation, Major Nam and the Hau Thanh Commune Police have drawn valuable experiences, which are the smooth and synchronous coordination between the Police and departments, branches, organizations, and Hamlet Management Board; promoting propaganda with people as the center; seriously and effectively implementing the work of grasping the area with the motto "going to every alley, knocking on every door, checking every person". Especially the determination of the entire political system to participate together with the sense of responsibility and efforts to overcome difficulties of each individual.

With outstanding achievements in implementing Project 06, Major Dinh Hoang Nam was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the People's Committee of Tien Giang province in the emulation movement "Promoting administrative reform, digital transformation and implementing Project 06 of the Government".
