
Accordingly, the unit coordinated with the local authorities to donate 20 gift packages to poor households, single-parent households, and families entitled to preferential policies in Sin Cheng commune. These gifts were handed directly to the people, helping to alleviate difficulties and encourage them to improve their lives.
In addition to providing material support, the Bac Ha Regional Power Management Team also organized a technical team to repair and replace damaged and unsafe electrical equipment free of charge for 10 poor households and families entitled to preferential policies in Sin Cheng commune. This activity aims to help people use electricity safely and economically, especially as the dry season is approaching.
As part of the "Lighting Up Rural Roads" program, the unit installed 30 solar-powered streetlights in Doi 2 village, Ban Lien commune. The completed project contributes to ensuring nighttime lighting, facilitating convenient travel for local residents, and promoting the application of environmentally friendly renewable energy in the highland area.

For corporate customers, the Bac Ha Regional Power Management Team carried out cleaning of the dedicated transformer station for Cao Ha Limited Company, ensuring safe and stable electricity supply for production activities. At the same time, the unit also visited and presented gifts to Anh Nguyen Limited Company – one of the major electricity users in the area.
According to Mr. Tran Van Thoan, representative of the Bac Ha area power management team, the activities during Customer Appreciation Month not only demonstrate the social responsibility of the power industry but also aim to strengthen the bond and partnership between the unit and local people and businesses.
