Adjusting the implementation time of the road project connecting from DT609C to National Highway 14B

According to the decision, the approval to adjust the implementation time of the investment project to build the road connecting from DT609C to National Highway 14B has been approved for adjustment in Article 1 of Decision No. 3477 dated November 26, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee, as follows: approved: 2021 - 2024, adjusted to: 2021 - 2025.

Other contents in Decision No. 2721 dated September 24, 2021 and Decision No. 3477 of the Provincial People's Committee that are not within the scope of this Decision are still in effect.

The Provincial People's Committee requests the Quang Nam Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board (investor) to continue implementing the project in accordance with current legal regulations based on the approved contents and the adjusted contents in this decision. Actively coordinate with the Dai Loc District People's Committee to complete compensation, site clearance, and resettlement for construction.

The investor directs the units to re-establish the detailed construction schedule, mobilize sufficient machinery, equipment, and human resources to implement the construction of the items that have been handed over the site. Directs the relevant units to study and propose solutions to solve the supply of raw materials (soil, sand) to ensure the supply of construction to complete the project according to the extended schedule, in accordance with regulations.

The investor is responsible for carrying out procedures to extend the construction contract performance period and other contents in accordance with legal regulations after the Provincial People's Committee approves the adjustment of the project performance period.

Strengthening quality and safety management in construction investment according to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Transport on ensuring safety, quality and speeding up construction progress of traffic works, in order to ensure project completion, achieving investment goals and efficiency.

The Provincial People's Committee also requested the Dai Loc District People's Committee to direct the District Land Fund and Industrial Cluster Development Center, relevant agencies, units and localities to focus on coordination and actively complete compensation, site clearance and resettlement to hand over construction sites to ensure progress.

The project connecting DT609C to National Highway 14B has a total length of 3.93km (including the bridge). The road section has a 9m wide cross-section (8m wide reinforced surface and shoulder); An Binh Bridge is 1,060m long. Investing in new lighting along the entire route.

Construction of the project started on February 22, 2022. Total investment is 550 billion VND (central budget 440 billion VND; provincial budget 110 billion VND); of which construction value is 380 billion VND.
