Accordingly, women who give birth to 2 children before the age of 35 will receive a one-time support of 1 million VND/person. The conditions are: at the time of giving birth to the second child, the woman is under 35 years old; giving birth to the second child from January 1, 2025 onwards; must be a permanent resident in Dong Nai province.
Women who meet the above conditions must bring complete documents (including 1 copy of the woman's birth certificate and ID card; 1 copy of the birth certificate/birth certificate of both biological children of the woman, and bring the original documents for comparison) to the People's Committee of the commune where they are permanently residing to receive support according to regulations. The People's Committee of the commune will receive and appraise the people's documents and provide support according to regulations within 10 working days from the date of receiving complete documents.
In addition to financial support for individuals, communes, wards and towns that do well in population work are also supported. In addition, pregnant women and newborns from poor households, near-poor households according to the poverty standards of Dong Nai province, social protection beneficiaries, and people living in ethnic minority areas are also exempted from prenatal and newborn screening fees at public health facilities in the province.
