HNP- On the morning of November 7, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Dinh Cong ward organized a conference to meet and dialogue between the heads of Party committees and authorities with the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and representatives of the people in the area in 2025.

At the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee - Chairman of the Ward People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Anh reported on the socio -economic development situation in the first 10 months of 2025. Accordingly, after its establishment, Dinh Cong Ward quickly completed its apparatus, operated stably, and completed many important targets on budget revenue and expenditure, basic construction investment, urban management, digital transformation and social security. Budget revenue targets reached 100% of the plan; the rate of timely administrative procedure settlement reached over 90%; infrastructure investment, urban embellishment, security and order were ensured, contributing to building a civilized and modern ward.

The dialogue took place democratically and frankly, with 17 comments from representatives of residential groups revolving around many areas of people's lives such as: infrastructure construction, land management, urban order, environmental sanitation, culture - society . Representatives of the Front Working Committee of residential groups 25, 28, 29 proposed that the ward soon invest in building a meeting house for residential area 3. The Front Working Committee of groups 56, 57, 58 reflected on the situation of the flea market at the intersection adjacent to Ngoi Sao school and CT11 building, causing loss of aesthetics, and at the same time proposed to restore the children's playground between CT11 and CT12A buildings. Many other comments pointed out the current situation of flooding, degraded road surfaces in alleys 219, 248, 415, 445 Le Trong Tan street, and the flea market in alley 66 Kim Giang, causing loss of hygiene and affecting people's lives.

On behalf of the ward leaders, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Anh directly responded to each content. Regarding the proposal to build a meeting house, the Ward People's Committee said that it had reviewed and determined that the land plot coded D3/CC1, with an area of ​​more than 3,000m² in the expanded Bac Dai Kim urban area, was in accordance with the planning, and would report to the City to propose that the ward be the investor in building a cultural house for the residential area. Regarding the issue of illegal markets and playgrounds being encroached upon, the ward committed to strengthening inspection and handling of re-encroachment, and at the same time, mobilizing the Apartment Management Board to rearrange the area to return the playground to children. Regarding the degraded alleys, the Ward People's Committee assigned the Infrastructure Project Management Board to coordinate with the consulting unit and the Drainage Enterprise to inspect the current status to include it in the medium-term public investment portfolio for the period 2026-2030.

Concluding the conference, Party Secretary Nguyen Quang Trung acknowledged the people's sense of responsibility and frankness and affirmed that each opinion will be considered and answered specifically and publicly. The Party Committee - Ward government will continue to organize direct working sessions with each residential area and neighborhood group to review and thoroughly resolve long-standing problems, especially in granting land use right certificates, infrastructure improvement and urban order.
