In the sacred atmosphere, before the souls of the heroic martyrs at Truong Son National Martyrs' Cemetery, the delegation and delegates respectfully offered flowers, incense, and observed a moment of silence to commemorate the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and reunification.

Within the framework of the program, the Government Youth Union coordinated with the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee to organize a ceremony to present and start construction of 15 "Houses of Charity" projects with a total value of more than 1 billion VND and award 100 scholarships, each worth 1 million VND, to students with difficult circumstances in the province.

The charity houses built this time are distributed in the following districts: Trieu Phong (2 houses), Gio Linh (2 houses), Huong Hoa (11 houses). Each charity house is supported with 60 - 70 million VND.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of 15 charity houses this time is in response to the emulation movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025" launched by the Prime Minister and the message "Millions of loving hearts, thousands of happy homes" of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front with the determination to not let any people live in temporary or dilapidated houses.
