On the morning of October 13, the delegation attending the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, led by Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Tran Luu Quang, along with delegates attending the Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, visited, offered flowers and incense at the Ho Chi Minh City Martyrs' Cemetery to commemorate the heroic Vietnamese mothers and heroic martyrs who fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people.
In a solemn atmosphere, the delegates respectfully laid wreaths at the Monument of the Fatherland. Before the souls of the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and the Heroic Martyrs, the delegation observed a minute of silence and offered incense to each grave to express their infinite gratitude to the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and the Heroic Martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
Afterwards, the delegation attending the Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress offered incense and flowers at the Ho Chi Minh Monument Park (on Nguyen Hue Walking Street).
After the memorial service ended, the delegation attending the Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress moved to the Ho Chi Minh City Academy of Officials to conduct the preparatory session.
