The city aims to promote green lifestyles and sustainable consumption, towards the national goal of green growth and carbon neutrality, while affirming its pioneering role in the world's sustainable development trend.

Accordingly, the City People's Committee assigned the City Trade and Investment Promotion Center (ITPC) to preside over the organization of GRECO 2025, in coordination with departments and branches to create a platform for businesses to promote green products, connect with partners and keep up with the trend of circular economy , 4.0 technology and sustainable production. "This will be an effective bridge between businesses and consumers, investors and domestic and international strategic partners, creating conditions for businesses to promote business connections, develop production and export", the Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee emphasized.

GRECO 2025 takes place from November 25 to 30, 2025, bringing together about 100 domestic and international enterprises, along with research institutes, universities, industrial parks and export processing zones. The exhibition space is arranged along Nguyen Hue Street, from the intersection of Nguyen Hue - Le Loi to Ton Duc Thang Street (Sai Gon Ward and Ben Thanh Ward).
The product display space is divided into three main areas:
Digital technology zone, AI, semiconductor technology and high-tech science applications serving green transformation; Specialized product introduction zone including energy, transportation, smart cities, finance, tourism and green consumption; Sustainable development zone, honoring ESG-oriented enterprises and innovative startups, affirming the city's determination to build a circular economic ecosystem.

Within the framework of GRECO 2025, there will also be a seminar on training and application of semiconductor technology; an activity of "exchanging trash for gifts" to protect the environment; a program to connect trade and learn from experiences from domestic and international business delegations attending the Autumn Economic Forum 2025 in the city.
