Attending the ceremony were leaders and commanders from several functional agencies of the Ministry of National Defense , the General Political Department, leaders of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Command, and outstanding female delegates representing women from across the armed forces attending the 8th Congress of Women's Representatives of the Army (2025-2030).

At the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs on Bac Son Street, Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh and other delegates laid flowers and offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs, the outstanding sons and daughters of the nation who bravely fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, for the independence, freedom, and unity of the Fatherland, and for the happiness of the people.

The wreath laid by the delegation bore the inscription "Forever grateful to the heroic martyrs."

Colonel Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, Head of the Women's Committee of the Army, reported to Uncle Ho on behalf of the Army's women.

Colonel Nguyen Thi Thu Hien stated: With a high sense of responsibility and relentless efforts, the Women of the Army have successfully accomplished the goals and tasks set forth by the 7th Congress of the Women of the Army; Over 98% of organizations and members have completed their tasks; nearly 90% of female officers and members in the Army have met the three standards of the movement and achieved the title of "Outstanding and Exemplary Female Officer/Member"; over 98% of member families have achieved the title of "Culturally Advanced Family"; over 4,000 collectives and 180,000 individual women have received commendations from superiors at all levels; one individual has been awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces; seven collectives and individuals have been awarded the Vietnam Women's Award; one individual has been awarded the Nguyen Thi Dinh Award; three female officers have been promoted to the rank of General; six female military personnel have been awarded the title of Associate Professor; and nearly 50 individuals have been awarded the titles of People's Artist, Meritorious Artist, Meritorious Teacher, and Meritorious Doctor.

Following the ceremony to report on their achievements, the delegates respectfully laid wreaths in remembrance and visited the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh.

Many outstanding female military personnel have been elected to leadership positions and have served as delegates to Party and socio-political organization congresses at all levels; the percentage of female officers compared to the total number of officers currently working is 3.39%; the number of female Party members participating in Party committees compared to the total number of Party committee members at all levels currently working is 2.97%. In the emulation movement to help each other develop the economy and build "prosperous, progressive, happy, and civilized" families, many families of female military personnel have become cultural shining examples in their units and residential areas.

The Women's Committee of the Army is honored to have been awarded the Second Class Order of National Defense; for many consecutive years, it has received the Emulation Flag from the General Political Department and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union; and it has always been a leading unit in the emulation movement of women nationwide.

Before the sacred image of President Ho Chi Minh, female officers and soldiers throughout the army expressed their profound respect and boundless gratitude for his contributions, and pledged to uphold a high sense of responsibility, actively, proactively, and creatively overcome all difficulties, remain steadfastly loyal to the Party, promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style, and continue on the path chosen by the Party and President Ho Chi Minh, worthy of the ten golden words bestowed upon the Army Women by the Central Military Commission: "Patriotic, united, creative, loyal, and capable."
