The monitoring delegation of the Provincial Party Standing Committee worked with the Party Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Command

After listening to the unit leaders report on the leadership and direction of the prevention and combat of IUU fishing in the province in the past time, concluding the working session, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested the Provincial Border Guard Command to continue to effectively implement inspection and supervision work, strengthen management work, especially for "3 no" ships, ships outside the province that are not qualified to enter the port, and ships that have disconnected their positioning connection.

Comrade Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council worked with the Party Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Command.

Violations must be strictly handled, combined with communication work so that people strictly comply. The Provincial Border Guard Command must coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to strictly manage the beaches, have a process to control ships entering the beaches, both creating conditions for fishermen to fish and managing vehicles, improving management efficiency; strive to have no cases of IUU violations from now until the end of 2024 to work with the whole country to remove the "Yellow Card" of the European Commission.
