On the morning of June 12, under the chairmanship of Party Central Committee members: Nguyen Quang Duong, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Internal Political Protection Subcommittee and Do Trong Hung, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Inspection Team No. 5 of the Central Internal Political Protection Subcommittee worked with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on internal political protection work.

Accordingly, since the beginning of the 2020-2025 term, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the District Party Committee Standing Committee have seriously disseminated and fully implemented the Central's documents on internal political protection to all key officials at the provincial and district levels; organized training for officials working on internal political protection at the provincial and district levels; disseminated and fully implemented the contents on internal political protection work within the Party stated in the Documents of the 13th National Party Congress. Thereby, contributing to raising awareness among officials and Party members, especially Party Committee members, Party Committee Standing Committees, heads of Party Committees, organizations, agencies and units about the position, role, significance and importance of internal political protection work within the Party at present.

The report also pointed out the shortcomings, limitations, and lessons learned from practical implementation by the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee; at the same time, it proposed key solutions and tasks in the work of protecting internal politics in the coming time with the spirit of solidarity, unity, and creativity.

At the working session, the inspection delegation highly appreciated the preparation work of the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee and relevant agencies. The draft report of the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee closely followed the outline, reflecting the basic situation and results of internal political protection work; boldly pointed out the limitations and proposed specific recommendations. The inspection delegation requested the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee to continue to complete the report based on the opinions of the delegation and delegates attending the conference.

He said that the purpose of this inspection is to promptly record the achieved results, as well as point out the shortcomings, limitations and causes in the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of the Party's policies and the State's laws on internal political protection work at the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, as well as related Party committees and organizations. From there, there will be guidance, exchanges and solutions to difficulties in implementing the Party's regulations on internal political protection work, in order to continue to implement better in the coming time.

He requested the Standing Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee and Party committees and organizations at all levels to continue to thoroughly grasp Plan No. 10 of the Central Internal Political Protection Subcommittee, promote responsibility, proactively report honestly; closely coordinate with the delegation to complete all proposed contents, achieve the goals and requirements of the inspection plan.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Do Trong Hung respectfully thanked and seriously accepted the opinions of the members of the inspection team, especially the opinions of comrade Nguyen Quang Duong, to complete the documents and reports according to regulations and will effectively implement them in the coming time.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Do Trong Hung stated: Deeply aware of the position, role and importance of Party building and rectification work in general, and internal political protection work in particular, in recent times, the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee as well as Party committees at all levels from the province to the grassroots have seriously implemented the work of internal political protection. The Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee has summarized 10 years of implementing Directive 39 of the 11th Politburo on internal political protection to evaluate the achievements and point out the shortcomings and limitations, and at the same time propose tasks and solutions in the coming time.

The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that through the working session with Inspection Team No. 5, the Standing Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee has a deeper understanding of internal political protection work, reviewed limitations and shortcomings, promptly overcome them and better implemented the task of internal political protection.

Provincial Party Secretary Do Trong Hung hopes that in the coming time, members of Inspection Team No. 5 will continue to pay attention to and help Thanh Hoa province on issues related to internal political protection work. Thereby, it will make an important contribution to the work of Party building and rectification; contribute to preventing the degradation of political ideology, morality, lifestyle, and manifestations of self-evolution and self-transformation within the Party; actively protect the Party's ideology, fight against erroneous and hostile viewpoints, and strengthen the people's trust in the Party and the State.
