Dong Tien Commune: Received nearly 170 units of blood at the voluntary blood donation festival

On the morning of November 15, the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation of Dong Tien commune organized the 2025 Voluntary Blood Donation Festival.

With the message “Donating blood to save lives - a noble gesture”, the program attracted more than 200 volunteers who are cadres, civil servants, teachers, armed forces, members of organizations, youth union members and people in Dong Tien commune to participate. Among them, teachers account for the largest number, many of whom are familiar volunteers, having participated in the blood donation movement many times. Besides, there are many people who come to the festival for the first time but all have the same wish “A drop of blood given - a life left”.

At the end of the festival, the Organizing Committee received nearly 170 units of qualified blood, adding to the blood supply for emergency and treatment at medical facilities.
