Khanh Hoa Province Art Troupe performs at Ulsan City Art Festival

At the invitation of the Ulsan Association of Cultural and Art Organizations (Korea), from October 23 to 25, more than 20 artists, singers, actors, and musicians of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Traditional Arts Theater participated in the 45th Ulsan City Arts Festival.

On the opening night of the Ulsan Art Festival, hundreds of audiences at the grand hall of the Ulsan Culture and Arts Center watched the art performance with the theme “Khanh Hoa Mountains and Rivers”. The performances of songs, dances, music, and skits with the unique cultural features of the land and people of Khanh Hoa were positively received by friends in Ulsan City.

For more than 30 minutes, the audience in Ulsan City enjoyed the performances: Traditional musical instrument ensemble with typical melodies in the intangible cultural heritage representing humanity, royal court music; excerpts from the ancient play "The Old Man Carrying His Wife to the Festival"; song and dance "The Water Wharf of Love"; independent dance "Apsara Legend"; traditional musical instrument ensemble with medley of folk songs from three regions; song and dance "My Homeland Vietnam".

Khanh Hoa Province and Ulsan City have a solidarity and friendship relationship that has been established for many years. The two governments have signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the fields of economy , society, culture, etc. In recent years, Khanh Hoa Province has welcomed art troupes from Ulsan City to perform. This tour of the Khanh Hoa Traditional Arts Theater in Ulsan City aims to further strengthen the friendship and exchange relationship between the two localities; promote and introduce the image of the country and people of Khanh Hoa Province to the people and tourists in Ulsan City.
