Recruitment information of enterprises is posted on many channels, including the information pages of districts and communes. At the same time, coordinate with local authorities to directly go to residential areas, inviting people of working age to participate in consultation. "The recruitment results compared to the actual needs of enterprises only reach 30% - 40% of reality. Part of the reason is that the people coming to consult and introduce jobs are not of working age; partly, workers think that the company's policies are not convincing enough. In reality, companies with good policies for workers will attract workers more easily" - Mr. Phong shared.

In fact, the number of unemployed workers is not small. "Supply" has not met "demand" due to the difference in requirements, qualifications, professional skills and expectations from both sides. Many new freelance jobs are attracting many young workers. Mr. Linh, a delivery man in Long Xuyen City, said that he used to work as a worker, but when he switched to a new job, he found it more suitable, with a high income and flexible working hours. Meanwhile, female workers want to choose a job close to their family, convenient for taking care of children and parents, and doing online business, although the income is not high compared to a fixed job, but in return, the cost of living is low. When looking for jobs in enterprises, workers are also more cautious, wanting stability and long-term benefits, especially in the context of many economic fluctuations.
