On the afternoon of November 18, Comrade Lai Xuan Mon, member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department visited and congratulated the Ministry ofEducation and Training on the occasion of the 42nd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2024).

The Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department hopes that in the coming time, the Ministry of Education and Training will continue to have comprehensive solutions, mechanisms and strong policies so that teachers and managers can make a living from their profession and feel secure in their work; so that more and more excellent students can study at pedagogical schools; so that each teacher is an exemplary model of morality, self-study and creativity; so that the position of teachers is increasingly respected; so that the teaching profession is truly "the noblest of all noble professions". Along with promoting the position, role and social responsibility, it is necessary to strongly innovate the remuneration policy and take care of building the team of teachers and educational managers.

According to comrade Lai Xuan Mon, the Party and State always pay attention to the field of education and training, always put education as the top national policy . This is clearly shown in Conclusion No. 91-KL/TW, dated August 12, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW, dated November 4, 2013 of the 11th Party Central Committee "On fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the context of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration".

Minister Nguyen Kim Son said that over the past time, the team of teachers and educational managers at all levels has continuously grown, and the quality has been constantly improved. Most managers, teachers, staff, and workers in educational institutions have a strong political stance, a sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, and dedication to their profession; always upholding the ethics and style of a teacher. The Ministry always encourages all managers, teachers, and staff to promote a sense of responsibility to their profession and to their students to unite and better fulfill the noble task of "cultivating people".

Minister Nguyen Kim Son said that the country's education and training have achieved many successes, but are still facing many great challenges. Facing the era of national development, education needs a fundamental change from within, to move towards higher quality, towards education that develops people comprehensively, creates good citizens and high-quality human resources. Innovation in education must change old habits, ways of thinking, ways of thinking and doing, overcome limits to develop breakthroughs.

According to Minister Nguyen Kim Son, to overcome these challenges, the education sector, especially the team of teachers, needs great efforts, constant creativity and accurate solutions.
