Japan Professional Technical College (JPC) is the first professional Japanese vocational school in the Mekong Delta region, located in My Xuyen ward, Can Tho city.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Lanh, Deputy General Director of Esuhai Group, Principal of JPC said: The school was formed from the passion and vision of Esuhai Group - a unit that has accompanied Vietnamese youth for more than 19 years in their journey of studying, training and working in Japan. The birth of JPC is a step forward in the value of the goal of "training Vietnamese human resources with skills, discipline and international stature."

JPC is the first unit in the Mekong Delta to be invested in a vocational training model directly linked with recruitment from Japanese enterprises.

The school was established on the basis of the Memorandum of Cooperation signed in 2023 between Esuhai Company and the People's Committee of Soc Trang province (old), now Can Tho city; with three key contents: training and sending human resources to Japan; connecting cooperation between localities and Japanese enterprises; building vocational schools that meet Japanese standards.

JPC's operational objective is to train a team of skilled workers, aiming to develop human resources for international integration. The highlight of JPC is the training program that closely connects study and practice. Students studying at the school will receive vocational training according to Japanese standards; learn specialized Japanese; practice working skills in a Japanese business environment and practice physical training according to international standards.

JPC's philosophy is to train skilled workers who love their jobs and develop their careers in the jobs they are best at. Not only teaching jobs, the school also trains responsibility, foreign language proficiency, multi-tasking - ready to integrate into the international working environment.

After studying in Vietnam, students will have a specialized internship in Japan and are guaranteed a job with an income of 30 - 35 million VND/month. After completing the program, students can extend their work in Japan for another 2.5 - 5 years, accumulating experience and life skills before returning to contribute to their homeland.
