Receiving Australian Ambassador Gillian Bird on June 26 on the occasion of her new term in Vietnam, General Secretary To Lam welcomed the Ambassador to Vietnam and believed that with her extensive work experience and understanding of the region, the Ambassador will actively contribute to promoting the Vietnam-Australia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.

On June 26, President Luong Cuong received Canadian Ambassador Shawn Perry Steil and Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ali Akbar Nazari to bid farewell on the occasion of the end of their term of office in Vietnam.

On June 28, working with the British Business Association and UK businesses operating in Vietnam to discuss long-term cooperation orientations in key areas and Vietnam's priorities in implementing the "strategic quartet" that has just been issued and deployed, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh called on the UK, specifically British businesses, to make 6 breakthroughs with Vietnam , bringing both bilateral trade turnover and UK investment capital in Vietnam to exceed the 10 billion USD mark in the coming years.

On June 28, receiving UNESCO Director-General Audrey Azoulay on the occasion of her second official visit to Vietnam during her tenure, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed his hope that UNESCO will continue to be a cultural companion and promote the core values ​​of the Vietnamese people to the world; contribute to promoting the rich culture, elevating Vietnamese culture, building vision and action in building and developing culture; and support human resource training in this field.

On this occasion, the Prime Minister had bilateral meetings and contacts with the WEF Interim President and WEF Executive Chairman , the Prime Minister of Singapore , the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan , the President of Ecuador , the Prime Minister of Senegal ; and worked with many leading corporations in the world such as Siemens, Pepsi, Cisco, Foxconn... as well as many experts and scholars to promote cooperation in all fields.

During bilateral activities with China, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh held talks with Chinese Premier Li Qiang ; attended the Vietnam-China Business Forum; worked with leaders of major Chinese corporations in the fields of science, technology, infrastructure, and construction; met with the Vietnamese community and students studying in China; and spent time visiting revolutionary historical sites, economic and social establishments, and learning about China's economic development model such as the stock exchange and Pudong Exhibition in Shanghai.

On June 23-24, the first meeting of the Vietnam-Cambodia Expert Group on the draft Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia on land border gate management took place in Cambodia.
