On June 27, General Secretary To Lam had a meeting with Ms. Audrey Azoulay, Director General of the United NationsEducational , Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) within the framework of her official visit to Vietnam. The General Secretary proposed that UNESCO continue to support and assist Vietnam in the process of integration and development, especially in the fields of education, science, culture and communication ; provide policy advice, share experiences, and support resources for socio -economic development; coordinate and support the dissemination of humanistic values and cultural values in line with the interests of UNESCO and Vietnam, and promote cultural values, heritage, and the strength of the Vietnamese people.
Receiving Australian Ambassador Gillian Bird on June 26 on the occasion of her new term in Vietnam, General Secretary To Lam welcomed the Ambassador to Vietnam and believed that with her extensive work experience and understanding of the region, the Ambassador will actively contribute to promoting the Vietnam-Australia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.

At the 16th WEF Tianjin Conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended meetings and related activities . In particular, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh was a special guest of the National Policy Dialogue with the WEF Executive Chairman, and attended and spoke at the most important and anticipated discussion session at the Conference on "Is the Asian Century Facing Challenges?". On this occasion, the Prime Minister had bilateral meetings and contacts with the WEF Interim President and WEF Executive Chairman , the Prime Minister of Singapore , the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan , the President of Ecuador , the Prime Minister of Senegal ; and worked with many leading corporations in the world such as Siemens, Pepsi, Cisco, Foxconn... as well as many experts and scholars to promote cooperation in all fields.

The conference was chaired by Deputy Minister Le Anh Tuan, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation and Deputy Minister Le Thi Thu Hang, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for Administrative Reform, with the participation of leaders and experts of units in the Ministry who are members of the steering committees.
Attending the online signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between The World and Vietnam Newspaper and The Colombo Times on June 27, Deputy Foreign Minister Le Thi Thu Hang assessed that this is a concrete step to realize the cooperation commitments between the two countries' senior leaders.
