Since Vinh Quoi commune achieved the advanced NTM standard, the commune's appearance has changed. Another bright spot is that the commune no longer has temporary or dilapidated houses, the rate of households with permanent or semi-permanent houses accounts for over 91%; the rate of multidimensional poor households has decreased to 2.3%. Along with that, to improve people's lives, the commune has implemented effective agricultural production models such as: the model of growing soursop with custard apple grafted with custard apple, growing rice in an organic direction and converting ineffective crops and livestock to growing high - value crops and livestock or implementing the model of raising fish in cages during the flood season, raising fish in rice fields... For sustainable agricultural development, the commune has received capital from higher levels to support the implementation of internal irrigation works, creating a source for favorable agricultural production, farmers can proactively source water for irrigation and necessary production. In addition, the school system serving the education of children in the commune has been given attention to comprehensive development, the commune has a rate of schools at all levels meeting level 1 infrastructure standards reaching 100%; the rate of hamlets in the commune meeting cultural standards according to regulations is 100%; the rate of hamlets meeting NTM standards is over 75%...

“For many years, when my commune had a spacious medical station, patients who came to see a doctor and receive treatment were directly examined and treated by a doctor, so I no longer needed to go to the District Medical Center for treatment. Thanks to that, I can reduce travel costs and feel secure when I am sick, I am examined promptly and guided to specialized treatment, so my illness is cured quickly and my health is always stable,” said Mr. Le Van Hien, Vinh Quoi commune.

Comrade Le Van Mau - Chairman of Vinh Quoi Commune People's Committee said that after the commune achieved the advanced NTM standards, the rural appearance has become increasingly "Bright - green - clean - beautiful - safe", many models of production linkage according to the value chain associated with the local key products have been formed. The movement of the whole people joining hands to build the NTM has increasingly spread, becoming a widespread emulation movement. In order to continue building the commune to meet the standards of a model NTM commune, the commune will develop irrigation infrastructure to serve production associated with restructuring the agricultural sector, with a plan to dredge intra-field canals to ensure irrigation services, closing production areas to pumping stations in hamlets to bring high efficiency in agricultural production. Organize the management and exploitation of irrigation works, intra-field irrigation to ensure requirements on natural disaster prevention and control and adaptation to climate change. Maintain over 99% of households using electricity regularly and safely. Increase investment in school facilities, classrooms, and equipment to better serve teaching and learning needs, do a good job of mobilizing students to go to school, improve the quality of teaching and learning to gradually improve the quality of schools to meet national standards according to regulations.
