Dialogue with businesses in industrial parks and industrial clusters in the city

In order to implement the province's policy on urban planning, residential area development and urban area construction along Tra Ly river, in the coming time, enterprises in the industrial parks: Phuc Khanh, Nguyen Duc Canh and Phong Phu ( Thai Binh city) need to relocate their production and business establishments out of the above industrial parks and industrial clusters. Relocating production and business establishments causes some difficulties in capital investment plans, construction of headquarters, factories, machinery and equipment, affecting the production and business activities of enterprises and the psychology of workers.

At the conference, representatives of the Provincial Business Association and enterprises expressed their opinions and recommendations to the Provincial People's Committee on a number of issues related to land lease terms, roadmaps, relocation plans, land allocation and support policies for businesses to relocate their business premises. On that basis, leaders of departments, branches and the Provincial People's Committee discussed and discussed solutions to remove difficulties for businesses.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that in recent times, the Provincial People's Committee has always accompanied enterprises, paid attention to removing difficulties and obstacles, creating the most favorable conditions for enterprises in the province in general and enterprises in Thai Binh city in particular to operate. Sharing the concerns and difficulties of enterprises in relocating their production and business establishments, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also emphasized that enterprises must comply with and abide by the provisions of the law on land and environment and need to accompany the province in implementing economic and social development policies. He requested that, immediately after the conference, the City People's Committee and related departments and branches need to work directly with enterprises in Phong Phu Industrial Cluster to remove difficulties and obstacles in a decisive and effective manner, ensuring compliance with the provisions of the law. Enterprises in Phuc Khanh Industrial Park and Nguyen Duc Canh Industrial Park should promptly review and report to the Provincial People's Committee on the current situation of enterprises; promptly and proactively carry out activities to restructure enterprises synchronously on 4 contents: Restructuring corporate governance, restructuring financial resources, restructuring science and technology, restructuring human resources of enterprises to improve operational efficiency, competitiveness and better meet market requirements. The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also directly responded to a number of specific recommendations of enterprises, requesting the People's Committee of Thai Binh city and related departments and branches to continue to advise on resolving outstanding issues in the direction of creating maximum conditions for enterprises, in the spirit of complying with the provisions of law. The Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and accepted a number of recommendations and proposals of enterprises and will submit them to competent agencies and levels for consideration and resolution.
