The Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Kim Son District Party Committee.

Attending the conference were comrades: Doan Minh Huan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; To Van Tu, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; Dinh Viet Dung, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee. Also attending were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, the Provincial People's Court, and leaders of Kim Son district.

At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the Decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on receiving, transferring, rotating and appointing cadres.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to receive, transfer, rotate, and appoint comrade Mai Khanh, Provincial Party Committee member, Chief Justice of the People's Court of Ninh Binh province, to join the Executive Committee of the Kim Son District Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Kim Son District Party Committee, term 2020-2025, from August 14, 2023.

Presenting the Decision, congratulating flowers and assigning tasks to comrade Mai Khanh, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Doan Minh Huan emphasized that this is an important event for the Party Committee, government, the entire political system and people of Kim Son district.

Acknowledging the achievements of comrade Mai Khanh during his working period, the Provincial Party Secretary affirmed: As a cadre who has grown up in the Court sector, with more than 27 years of working in the sector, including nearly 8 years as Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court. During his working period, he held positions such as: Vice Chairman of Hoa Lu District People's Committee, Deputy Director in charge of Trang An Landscape Complex Management Board; Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for 2 terms (2015-2020 and 2020-2025); National Assembly Delegate of the 14th and 15th terms... In any working position, he has demonstrated his mettle, qualifications, capacity, responsibility, political qualities and received the trust of the collective unit where he worked, and has been assessed by competent authorities as having completed well and excellently the assigned tasks. With practical experience, along with the process of striving and maturing, he fully meets the conditions and standards to hold the position of Secretary of Kim Son District Party Committee.

The Provincial Party Secretary noted: Kim Son is a coastal district of the province, a unit with a large area and many affiliated units; Kim Son District Party Committee has a large number of Party organizations and Party members in the province and has its own characteristics. Therefore, to perform well the role and tasks of the District Party Committee Secretary, the Provincial Party Secretary requested Comrade Mai Khanh to continue to promote his ability, capacity and experience; uphold the exemplary spirit, strive to study, practice, be dedicated, devoted and responsible with the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the District Party Committee Executive Committee to promote the collective strength and the role and creativity of each individual, build a bloc of solidarity and unity, take advantage of all opportunities, overcome all difficulties and challenges to develop Kim Son district comprehensively, successfully complete the goals set out in the Resolution of the 24th Kim Son District Party Congress, term 2020-2025. Special attention is paid to solutions in Party building and political system building, contributing to building an increasingly clean and strong District Party Committee.

The Provincial Party Secretary also requested the members of the Standing Committee, the District Party Executive Committee, leaders of departments, offices, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the district, and affiliated party organizations to pay attention, help, coordinate, and create conditions for Comrade Mai Khanh to continue to strive, promote, and complete well and excellently the assigned tasks.

In his acceptance speech, the new Secretary of Kim Son District Party Committee Mai Khanh respectfully thanked the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee for their attention and trust in assigning the task.

Proud of the tradition of open land, to promote the potential strengths of marine economic development, protect the ecological environment associated with the orientations determined by the District Party Committee Executive Committee and seriously accept the direction and assignment of tasks from the Provincial Party Committee Secretary, the new Kim Son District Party Committee Secretary said: In the assigned position, he will make the highest efforts, learn from experience, stick to reality, and be close to the grassroots; promote the achievements of the previous period, continue to maintain solidarity and unity in the entire Party Committee, determined to join the comrades in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to lead the successful completion of the goals set out in the Resolution of the 24th District Party Congress, the Resolution of the 22nd Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025. Strictly implement the working regulations, correctly implement the principle of democratic centralism in the Party; do a good job of Party building in all fields; Maintain discipline, improve leadership capacity, fighting strength of grassroots party organizations and party members, create positive changes in the political system, firmly ensure national defense and security, develop the economy, ensure social security. Create favorable conditions to attract investors in the fields of industry and tourism; promote available resources and advantages to develop agricultural, industrial and handicraft products, increasingly strengthen and consolidate people's trust in the leadership of the Party.

In the coming time, he hopes to continue to receive the attention, leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, directly and regularly from the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the departments, branches and sectors of the province; the sharing and comments of veteran comrades, former leaders; the close cooperation and coordination of comrades in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, and the solidarity, joint efforts and unanimity of all cadres, party members and people in the district to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
