Comrade Nguyen Hong Quang holds the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Kinh Mon Town Party Committee.

Comrade Tran Duc Thang, Member of the Central Committee of the Party and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to Comrade Nguyen Hong Quang.

On the morning of May 4th, Comrade Tran Duc Thang, Member of the Central Committee of the Party and Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, presented the decision to transfer Comrade Nguyen Hong Quang, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department, to work at the Kinh Mon Town Party Committee; appointing him to the Town Party Committee Executive Board, the Town Party Committee Standing Committee, and to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Kinh Mon Town Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, effective from May 4th, 2024.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also unanimously agreed to nominate Comrade Bui Xuan Loc, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Kinh Mon town, to carry out the process of consolidating the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Kinh Mon town.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Comrade Tran Duc Thang, Member of the Central Committee of the Party and Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that Comrade Nguyen Hong Quang is a young cadre with solid basic training and good work capacity; in all positions, he has always performed well and excellently in the assigned tasks. The Provincial Party Secretary requested the new Standing Deputy Secretary of the Kinh Mon Town Party Committee to continue to develop his abilities and experience, and together with the Standing Committee of the Kinh Mon Town Party Committee, successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Comrade Nguyen Hong Quang was born in 1982 in Lai Cach town (Cam Giang district). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and advanced political theory qualifications. Comrade Nguyen Hong Quang previously held the positions of Deputy Chief of the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of Hai Duong City; Deputy Head of the Department for Monitoring Agency Work, Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department; and Chief of the Office of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department. Since March 2019, he has served as Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department.

At the same conference on personnel work held on the morning of May 4th, the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee announced decisions on the transfer and appointment of leaders in 8 departments, agencies, and localities.
