On the morning of August 31, Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council attended and presented Party badges on September 2, 2023 at the Tran Hung Dao Ward Party Committee, Thai Binh City. Also attending was Comrade Bui Tien Dung, former member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, awarded 60-year Party membership badges to Party members.

On September 2, 2023, Tran Hung Dao Ward Party Committee had 46 Party members awarded and posthumously awarded Party badges. Of which, 4 comrades received the 60-year Party badge; 13 comrades received the 55-year Party badge; 7 comrades received the 50-year Party badge; 21 comrades received the 45-year, 40-year, and 30-year Party badge; 1 comrade was posthumously awarded the 50-year Party badge.

Comrade Dinh Gia Dung, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh city awarded Party badges to Party members.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council congratulated Comrade Bui Tien Dung and the Party members of Tran Hung Dao Ward Party Committee on receiving the Party badge this time.
