At the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs , term 2025-2030, Mr. Chu Dinh Dong, Deputy Head of the Government Party Committee's Organization Commission, announced the decisions of the Government Party Committee's Standing Committee on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs for the term 2025-2030.

According to the decisions, the Standing Committee of the Government Party Committee appointed 29 comrades to participate in the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs for the 2025-2030 term; appointed 9 comrades to participate in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs for the 2025-2030 term.

Member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Government Party Committee, Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs for the 2025-2030 term.

Two Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs for the 2025-2030 term were appointed as Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Truong Hai Long and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ministry's Party Committee Nguyen Huy Hung.

The Congress also announced the decision to appoint Mr. Nguyen Manh Khuong, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, to hold the position of Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs and members of the Inspection Committee.

At the same time, the decision to appoint 9 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs to attend the 1st Government Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, was announced.

On behalf of the Party Executive Committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs for the 2025-2030 term, in her acceptance speech, Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra sincerely thanked the Government Party Committee for its trust and confidence.

The head of the Home Affairs sector said that this is "an extremely great responsibility but also a great honor" for the Executive Committee.

Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra affirmed that the new Executive Committee will strive to overcome difficulties to successfully complete its tasks, continuing and inheriting the achievements that have been achieved. The Executive Committee will promote the glorious tradition of the industry, strengthen solidarity, unify thoughts and actions, and always practice and cultivate revolutionary ethics, enhance political mettle, dedication, enthusiasm, responsibility and professionalism.

The Congress unanimously voted to pass the Resolution of the 1st Party Congress of the Ministry of Home Affairs, term 2025 - 2030. The entire Party aims to build a clean and strong Party organization in all aspects, each Party member is an exemplary image of culture, ethics, and public service responsibility of the Home Affairs sector. Promote the role of the political nucleus, lead the successful implementation of tasks, contribute to the goal of national development by 2030 and vision 2045.

Among them, there are some important targets such as: Completing 100% of the institutional and policy system in key areas; completing the construction of job positions in the state administration.

The proportion of trained workers with degrees and certificates reaches 35%-40%; the proportion of agricultural workers falls below 20%; the urban unemployment rate is below 4%.

The number of workers working abroad reached 600,000 people; 100% of meritorious people and their families were fully cared for; the standard of living was equal to or higher than the general standard of living.

100% of cadres and civil servants are trained in digital skills and AI application; 100% of units carry out digital transformation; 100% of specialized databases are completed; 70% of policy beneficiaries are paid cashless...
