The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee worked with the Departments and branches to correct the legal documents that the Inspection Team of the Ministry of Justice pointed out.

(sonla.gov.vn) On November 20, 2025, Mr. Dang Ngoc Hau, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired a meeting with relevant Departments and branches on the correction of legal documents pointed out by the Inspection Team of the Ministry of Justice. Attending the meeting were representatives of the leaders of the Provincial People's Council Committees and the Departments and branches of the province.

On November 14, 2025, the Legal Document Inspection Team of the Ministry of Justice worked with the People's Committee of Son La province. At the meeting, the Working Group pointed out 11 documents issued by the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee in the period of 2021 - 2025 with contents and procedures that are not in accordance with the provisions of law, of which: 07 documents have contents that are not in accordance with the provisions of law; 02 documents have not followed the procedures and procedures prescribed by law; 02 documents are incorrect in terms of validity.

Immediately after the working session with the Ministry of Justice's working group, the specialized department of the Department of Justice discussed, urged and guided the specialized department to directly advise on documents with signs of illegality of departments and branches to conduct self-inspection, review documents and submit to the Provincial People's Committee to issue administrative documents to abolish part of the documents that are not in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents in 2025.

The leader of the Provincial People's Council's Culture and Social Committee spoke at the meeting.

At the meeting, representatives of the Provincial People's Council Committees and departments and branches discussed and clarified the causes leading to inappropriate contents in each document; at the same time, proposed solutions to ensure compliance with the law and suitability with the practical implementation of tasks in the locality.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Dang Ngoc Hau, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested the departments and branches to immediately address the issues pointed out by the Inspection Team; prepare documents to submit to the 37th Special Session of the Provincial People's Council to abolish resolutions under their authority; and carry out procedures in accordance with regulations. After abolishing the documents, the departments and branches need to continue reviewing resolutions related to regimes and policies, promptly seek opinions from central ministries and branches, and complete documents to develop resolutions that are in accordance with the law. At the same time, review issued documents, promptly correct errors if found, improve the quality of documents and boldly propose new policies that are suitable to the reality in the province.
