- On April 20 (ie March 12 of the lunar calendar), the People's Committee of That Khe town, Trang Dinh district organized the Mau Temple - Quan Lanh Temple Festival of That Khe town in 2024.
The Mother Goddess Temple in Zone III, That Khe Town is an ancient temple built between the late 19th and early 20th centuries, worshiping Mother Goddess Lieu Hanh and the saints of the Vietnamese Mother Goddess worship religion. This temple has the Chinese name "Thang Tieu Linh Tu".

In the grounds of the Mau Temple, there is also the Quan Lanh Temple - whose Chinese name is "Quan Lanh Linh Tu", built in 1887 under the Nguyen Dynasty, the 12th year of the Thanh Thai era. The temple worships General, District Chief of Trang Dinh Dinh Dinh Quan Trinh (1825 - 1885), who mobilized the people to build "khuyens" (defensive villages) to fight against bandits in the late 19th century. He was from Na Muc village, Binh Quan commune, Trang Dinh district, Lang Son province (now Kim Dong commune, Trang Dinh district). He held the position of military leader, District Chief of Trang Dinh, so Dinh Quan Trinh was called Quan Lanh by the people. In 2002, Quan Lanh Temple was granted a certificate of provincial-level relic status by the Provincial People's Committee.

To commemorate and show gratitude for the contributions of our ancestors in the cause of building and protecting the country, people organize the Mau Temple - Quan Lanh Temple Festival in March (lunar calendar). According to tradition, the festival is held every 3 years. However, due to many factors, the festival has not been held again since 2013.

This year's festival was held with many special activities such as: offering incense and carrying palanquins from Mau Temple - Quan Lanh Temple to Tran Hung Dao Temple (Goc Sung Temple) and vice versa;... The festival attracted a large number of people in the district and province to attend.
