Dong Giang gives funds to build charity houses for policy families

(QNO) - On May 29, Dong Giang district organized a handover of funding to support housing construction for relatives of People's Armed Forces Hero Alang Bloo in Ginger residential group, Prao town.

At the family of People's Armed Forces Hero Alang Bloer, the leaders of Dong Giang district presented 70 million VND (from the district's Gratitude Fund) to support the family in building a house of gratitude.

The house was built on an area of ​​nearly 100 square ^meters with a total cost of nearly 255 million VND; of which Dong Giang district supported 70 million VND, the rest came from support from Tay Giang district, the help of people, relatives and businesses.

Hero of the People's Armed Forces Alan Bloor was the former Commander of the Military Command of Tay Giang district (1965 - 1974) and later of Hien district until 1989.

He had many outstanding achievements in the battles of Apal, Ga'lau, Ateép, K'xăh, Na Ahu (1963), T'râm (1965)... In 2012, Mr. Alang Bloor was awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces bythe President .
