Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Thanh Xuan Commune (Nhu Xuan) Luong Thi Tam, said: Currently, the union is managing more than 10 billion VND from the loan capital of the District Social Policy Bank Transaction Office. With the above capital, the union has supported hundreds of members (HV) to borrow for economic development. The union has coordinated with the district's functional departments and offices to open training courses to transfer scientific and technical advances in cultivation and animal husbandry to HV; support breeding animals and savings for poor HV families in difficult circumstances. The organization has helped 159 HV families, with 2,549 working days to harvest cassava, sugarcane, acacia, and rice. Maintained the movement of helping each other in times of illness, difficulty, and misfortune, helping many HV families in difficult circumstances to escape poverty.

The Provincial Women's Union has coordinated with the Bank for Social Policies and the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development to support 47,494 women's families to borrow capital for economic development, with a capital of over 4,142 billion VND. Thanh Hoa Microfinance Organization Limited has also supported 4,741 women's families to borrow capital, with a total amount of 121,051 million VND. Launching movements such as "Helping poor women have addresses"; "Women helping each other develop family economy"; "Thanh Hoa women join hands to build new rural areas"; the campaign to build and repair "Shelters of love for poor women" and women in difficult circumstances has been widely deployed in mountainous districts. Coordinated with functional sectors to organize training courses on transferring scientific and technical advances in cultivation and animal husbandry for 8,126 women's unions to participate; organized vocational training for 1,419 unions. 22 collective economic models have been built, including: 2 cooperatives, 5 cooperative groups, 15 linked groups mainly focusing on the fields of cultivation, integrated animal husbandry, hill gardens, livestock and poultry farming, such as: Happy Living Agricultural Cooperative in Cam Binh (Cam Thuy); Muong Deng Tourism and Agricultural and Forestry Development Cooperative, Yen Thang Commune (Lang Chanh); Mulberry and Silkworm Cooperative, Xuan Le Commune (Thuong Xuan)... In 2024 and the first 6 months of 2025, the Women's Union at all levels coordinated with localities to present 103 "Warm Houses of Love" worth 4 billion 263 million VND. Implementing the program "Accompanying women in the border areas" from 2021 to present, the Provincial Women's Union has coordinated with the Provincial Border Guard Command and units to mobilize 15 billion VND to carry out meaningful and practical activities to care for women in difficult circumstances.

Not only helping ethnic minority women develop the economy, eliminate hunger and reduce poverty, the Provincial Women's Union also combines the propaganda of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws with propaganda and mobilization of ethnic minority women to participate in protecting border sovereignty and security; actively participate in detecting, preventing and combating cross-border crimes; preventing and combating the trafficking of women and children...
