Recently, the Le family in Vietnam held the 4th Congress of delegates for the 2023-2028 term at Hai Tien beach, Hoang Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province with nearly 300 delegates from 34 provinces and cities across the country attending.

The Le family in Vietnam has raised tens of billions of dong for activities to encourage learning and talent, contributing to building a learning society.

Accordingly, Lieutenant General Le Phuc Nguyen, former Editor-in-Chief of the People's Army Newspaper, was elected as Chairman of the Le family of Vietnam, term IV.

The Le family name is quite popular in Vietnam, accounting for about 10% of the country's population. In recent years, the Vietnamese Le family has had many meaningful activities across the country.

In particular, the Le family in Vietnam has raised funds worth tens of billions of VND, promoted activities to encourage learning and talent, helped hundreds of poor students in difficult circumstances, families affected by the COVID-19 pandemic... to become useful people for society.

Over 15 years with 3 Congresses, the Le family has considered promoting learning, promoting talents, and building a learning society as an important activity, encouraging the Le family councils at all levels across the country to widely implement the contents of this meaningful activity.

Accordingly, the Le Family Education Promotion Council of Vietnam awarded the Le Quy Don Prize to children who achieved high results in national and international competitions; and also awarded scholarships to overcome difficulties for children of the Le family who are in especially difficult circumstances due to natural disasters, epidemics, and the loss of parents in the COVID-19 pandemic.

Specifically, in 2020 in Hanoi , the Le Family Council for the Promotion of Education in Vietnam honored 162 children who won international and national awards, and 24 children who received scholarships for overcoming difficulties. In the 2020-2021 school year, the Le Family Council of Vietnam awarded a total of 50 Le Quy Don Awards to 2 children who won international awards, 3 children who won first prizes, 19 children who won second prizes, 18 children who won third prizes and 8 children who won encouragement prizes in national competitions for excellent students.

In the 2021-2022 school year, the Le Family Council reviewed and awarded 56 Le Quy Don Awards to Le children, including 1 International Award, 4 Medals and First Prizes, 21 Second Prizes, 21 Third Prizes and 9 Encouragement Prizes. In 2021 and 2022, 52 scholarships worth 284 million VND were awarded. Overcoming difficulties scholarships are truly a great encouragement for children in especially difficult circumstances.

Every year, the Le Family Councils of provinces and cities promptly honor and reward children who have achieved high results in national excellent student competitions, international Olympic competitions, and children who have achieved high scores in national high school exams and university entrance exams.

The Le clan councils of districts in Thanh Hoa province also organize learning promotion associations to encourage children to study well, seek out talents, and develop the country's talents.
