According to the draft, in 2025, about 300,000 people/families will benefit from the Tet support policy, an increase of nearly 100,000 cases benefiting from the policy compared to Lunar New Year 2024.

Dong Nai province proposed the highest Tet support level of 10 million VND for revolutionary activists before the August Revolution in 1945. The lowest level is 240 thousand VND for students of drug rehabilitation facilities and prisoners serving their sentences.

This year, Dong Nai province also added a number of groups of subjects to be supported during the 2025 Lunar New Year, including forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level; people participating in the resistance war for national liberation, protecting the Fatherland, and performing international duties receiving one-time subsidies; people with meritorious services to the revolution receiving one-time subsidies according to the Ordinance on people with meritorious services.

In addition, the Provincial People's Committee has allocated 30 billion VND to support about 30,000 workers and union members in difficult circumstances through the Provincial Labor Federation. Support for a number of military units in the province and the Central Government that have a coordinated relationship with the Dong Nai Provincial Military Command.

The total budget for this activity is 308 billion VND.
