Accordingly, through emulation movements, the whole Dong Nai province has 281 topics, nearly 4,600 technical innovation initiatives, more than 21,000 production ideas from workers, making a profit of nearly 240 billion VND. In addition, the Trade Unions at all levels have commended 3,215 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle".
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Y, President of the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation, said that female workers in Dong Nai (accounting for over 60%) have become a force with significant contributions to the province's socio-economic development.
In particular, in 2024, from the achievements in the emulation movement, 683 collectives and 191,059 women were recognized with the title "Good at public work, good at housework" at all levels. Of which, 85 collectives and 16,100 individuals were awarded at the grassroots level. In addition, over 100,000 children of workers and employees with high academic achievements were recognized by trade unions at all levels in the province.
