Transfer news reporter Fabrizio Romano said that MU immediately put Sancho on the transfer market after the midfielder returned from Chelsea. Coach Ruben Amorim does not consider Sancho an important member of the squad and is ready to sell if there is a suitable offer. Sancho himself is also aware of his uncertain future at MU and wants to leave.

MU once wanted to sell Sancho outright to Chelsea for £25 million but failed. The "Red Devils" were fined £5 million by the "Blues" for not activating the clause to buy Sancho outright as in the previous contract.

Sky Sports believes that £25m is also the desired price for MU if they sell Sancho this summer. However, the big barrier preventing Sancho from moving to another club is his salary. The English midfielder receives £300,000 a week at MU, while Chelsea only agrees to pay around £120,000 a week for Sancho.

In 41 appearances in all competitions in the 2024/25 season, Sancho scored 5 goals and had 4 assists. This is not a bad number but not enough to meet the expectations of Chelsea fans and coaching staff.

Daily Mail assessed that with his unimpressive performance and high salary, Sancho will have a hard time finding a new club this summer. Dortmund and Leverkusen are two clubs considering recruiting Sancho, but this midfielder will have to take a big pay cut if he plays in the Bundesliga.

Bruno Fernandes' failed rabona On the evening of May 30, Bruno Fernandes failed to execute a rabona in the friendly match where MU beat Hong Kong (China) 3-1.
